My little girl is growing up. She is as feisty as her mother! She is walking and climbing on everything and starting to give her brother a run for his money. She gives the sweetest smiles and already knows how to get to me. She had a good summer spending time with mama in the garden, climbing up and sliding down the slide on the playset, and cruising the yard in her little pink buggy. She isn't the talker that Enzo was. She is saving it for the right time. She understands everything you say and has learned her share of "signs". She really likes when you sign "Brush your teeth" and runs to the bathroom to get up on the stool and use her purple toohbrush. My sweet little girl.....

March 28th, 2010

Well another month has flown by. Milla is getting so big. She is starting to try and crawl. She stands up against things all the time. And she loves to eat big people food (feeding herself of course). She has been such a mild mannered baby compared with Enzo. Brandi and I have a feeling that she is saving up all and will make her mark in the next few years. This summer will be nice for her at this age. She likes her new swing and is excited to have some of the things that her big brother has as well. I love my little girl  :)

I know I know, I should have updated the website sooner. It has been a busy 7 months since the last update. Milla is 7 months old today! she is quite the little girl. She was spoiled the first several weeks of life, never being out of our arms for more than a hour.  I slept on the couch with her for the first few hours of the night, while Brandi got some rest in bed, then took Milla into her for the remainder of the night.  Those weeks were long and tiring for all of us!  We still aren't sleeping the greatest, but it is done in the crib without being held so that is a plus!  Milla really looks up to her big brother, loves taking baths and playing with him.  she is learning all sorts of boy stuff from him (throwing, yelling, running, ect.)  We are enjoying the busy life with 2 kids and looking forward to some warm weather!

July 2nd, 2009

Well here we are again. New parents of a beautiful baby girl. Brandi's water broke around 1:00pm on July 1st and I rushed home to help her get ready. We stopped to celebrate Enzo's 2nd birthday then off to the hospital. Brandi was admitted at 4:30pm and never looked back. No epidural, no pain meds, only one tough woman. Milla arrived at 2:35am exactly 2 years and 9 hours after her big brother Enzo. She weighed in at 7lbs 3ozs and was 21 in long. She nursed for almost an hour before Brandi had to relinquish her to the nurses. It was a long night but she is finally here. As I am typing this Milla is snuggled up in Brandi's arms while they both catch a cat nap. Thank GOD for another healthy baby and for Brandi being a wonderful mother!
